The LeagueAs mentioned back on the "What Are We?" page of this site, our 2007-08 league consists of 10 managers from different backgrounds. To view the list of managers, team nicknames and basic Team information, click on League Information. A Constitution and Rules booklet is amended every year and will be published on the site. We have a draft every year and chose almost brand new teams as we only protect 4 players at the end of each season. Our teams total 32 - see General Rules page with 25 of these on the main squad while the remaining players wait on the farm to be called up to "the show". We then play once a week over the fall and winter months. Games are played at the houses of the managers and once a year over the Christmas break, we have a trading day where we all show up and propose deals and talk a lot. Statistics are kept and we have a Newsletter for the league players and some friends which can be found later in the site. This year on the site, we have a History Page. We will attempt to list past winners, managers and events that have happened during the past years. |
